March 29th and 30th, 2008
"Country preacher", David Miller lead the conference with the music provided by the Apostles.  David Miller addresses pastors and wives . Friday night, David preached from 2 Samuel chapter 21 regarding to role of Providence. Also, gospel music recording group, The Apostles, treated the congregation to a mini concert singing some of their favorties.
Saturday, pastor's and wives were treated to a big breakfast buffet provide by the staff and members of Geyer Springs Baptist Church followed some old time gospel music from the Apostles and another powerful message and personal testamony from David Miller.  The Apostles minister in song |

The May 2007 Commencement
Recently I had the opportunity to attend the 199th commencement services of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Since before the Civil War Southern has been educating men who preach the Gospel.
