Introduction to Small Church Support Ministries, Inc.

Established in 1985 with a mission to encourage leadership in small membership churches, SCSM, Inc. has worked with over 170 churches in Arkansas and the surrounding states. SCSM, Inc. was founded by Willis and Charlotte Hinkson. The main offices are located in Clinton, AR. For over 22 years Small Church Support Ministries, Inc. has been an avocate and a resource for small membership churches.
